Comprised of two buildings, 30,000 s.f. and 40,000 s.f., the all tilt-up concrete buildings were designed to meet the needs of the flex-space warehouse market. Texland I stretches the limits of tilt-up panels which allows for larger expanses of glass along the front elevation.
