Comprising two parcels, one the site of a former Cinema, this project was conceived as a +/-250,000 sf mixed use development. The project included traditional office and medical along with food service, retail and residential components. The blend of buildings types and materials reflected the local area and would bring much needed pedestrian/neighborhood services.
